As the Senior Project Manager on Third Party Brands, you will support the 3PB Head of Customer Experience to create and deliver the 3rd Party Brands' Customer Experience strategy by creating, leading, and executing customer-centric projects. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and delivering specific projects under the umbrella of Customer Experience.
What you'll do
* Governing brands' Customer Experience on M&S.com including error tracking and reporting, error resolution with partner teams, and site updates.
* End-to-end .com CX improvement for 3PB measured by conversion rate improvement.
* Oversee the implementation of the Brands Performance Scoring.
* Support partner teams with the Levels of Service as dictated by the Brands Performance Scoring.
* Own identification and setting of KPIs for projects.
* Align with key business partners and keep them engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
* Lead multiple cross-functional stakeholders across the business.
* Identify and flag risks and issues, and initiate corrective action.
* Identify where projects can be expanded to impact the M&S business.
* Own creation of business cases and coordinate implementation plans.
* Direct and coordinate internal and external resources for project success.
* Work with Product Owners through feasibility and design of the project.
Who you are
* An experienced Senior Project Manager with a background in leading project/programme management.
* Commercial e-commerce experience.
* A proven record of scoping, building, and delivering complex projects.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders.
* Ability to navigate difficult conversations and find solutions.
* Experience of delivering change programmes.
* Experience of working in a matrix organisation.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt quickly.
