FN UK are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Contracts Administrator. In this dynamic role, you will serve as a vital link between our clients and logistics operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences while efficiently managing international trade processes. Your proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and dedication to compliance will drive smooth operations and customer satisfaction Customer Service duties will include, but not limited to: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries intercompany and external via phone, email, and chat. Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction levels. Provide product or service information and support to customers. Process orders, returns, refunds, and adjustments in line with company policies. Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to address complex customer concerns effectively. Import/Export Administration duties will include, but not limited to: Prepare and manage documentation for imports and exports, such as customs declarations, invoices, and bills of lading. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures. Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and suppliers to facilitate smooth shipment processes. Monitor the movement of goods to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any transit-related issues. Negotiate shipping terms and rates with logistics providers to optimize costs. Keep accurate records of all transactions and shipments for auditing purposes. Essential Skills Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communicator. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently Experience in either customer service and/or import/export operations. Willingness to undertake training and continuing professional development Advantageous Skills Understanding of Dangerous Goods Some knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
