Main duties of the job
As a Bank Chef at Barchester Healthcare, you will assist the Head Chef in creating nutritious, flavorsome, and well-balanced menus while working with residents to tailor the menus to their preferences. You will be responsible for helping manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, working with fresh produce to deliver high-quality and wholesome dishes, and creating a warm, efficient, and fun environment. You will also be required to work within budget, complete regular audits, manage stock control, and assist in leading and motivating a team.

Qualifications
* You will need to hold a City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification, have experience in helping lead and inspire a team, a good understanding of nutrition and working with fresh seasonal food, and a good understanding of HACCP.
