What Will You Do?
1. As a Controls Systems Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of the continuous improvement efforts.
2. Providing engineering expertise to drive Continuous Improvement across manufacturing processes.
3. Leading capital improvement projects to enhance our production capabilities.
4. Managing planned preventative maintenance through a computerized maintenance system.
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, from architects to builders, to integrate new technology seamlessly.
6. Designing, developing, and implementing control systems for cutting-edge machinery.
7. Programming PLCs, HMIs, and motion control systems to meet customer specifications.
8. Troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning machinery at both on-site and client locations.
9. Offering technical support and training to end users.
What They Are Looking For:
1. We need someone who’s passionate about engineering and ready to make a difference.
2. A background in Electrical Engineering, preferably within the construction or raw materials sector.
3. Hands-on experience with Siemens controls and automation systems.
4. An in-depth understanding of servo systems, sensors, and automation.
5. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to plan, implement, and manage projects efficiently.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft applications and CMS/PPM systems.
7. A strong track record of working on projects with tight deadlines.
