An exciting opportunity has arisen to become a Staff Nurse in the Bucks Neuro Rehabilitation Unit in Amersham Hospital. We are a 24/7, 17-bedded unit for patients aged 18 years and older who require neuro rehabilitation in the community. Additionally, we have a robust multidisciplinary team that takes a holistic approach in their interventions to minimize failed discharges back to the community.

The post holder will demonstrate their professional skills and competence in care planning, care delivery, coordination, medicines management, and leadership.
