As we embark on another year of accelerated growth at Impression, we’re now looking for a Social Campaign Consultant to help spearhead our Social & Influencer service. This is an exciting Senior position at Impression, with the potential to grow further inline with service’s future growth.
Responsibilities
Client delivery
Creative strategy
1. Owns the social and influencer strategy and execution for a growing portfolio of top-tier retained accounts, ensuring campaigns are maximised for creativity, relevance and reach. Strategies are devised to achieve our clients’ goals and use a combination of proactive and reactive social tactics to realise these.
2. Works in a cross-functional capacity with other teams across Digital PR, Paid Social, Programmatic, Creative and Strategy to maximise brand amplification where budget and opportunity allow.
Measurement
1. Demonstrates and communicates value when reporting on social and influencer campaign performance, from outputs to outcomes across reach, engagement, branded visibility, traffic and conversions. Is able to harness technology and third-party data to showcase this.
2. Works with our solutions team to devise more mature measurement plans for our social and influencer service, rooted in data science techniques like incrementality testing and mixed media modelling.
Department growth
Marketing
1. Contributes to our agency’s marketing strategy to grow new business pipeline for social and influencer, specifically through regular public speaking (via conferences, webinars and workshops) and publishing of thought leadership content (video and written, via social and Impression's website).
2. Champions ways of working and case studies completed by the team internally and externally, evangelising the service offering and Impression publicly.
New Business
1. Contributes and leads new business pitches where necessary that involve social, influencer, and brand amplification, ensuring these are creative and commercially focused in order to convert opportunities.
2. Iterate on our new business approach, ensuring pitching materials remain relevant and impactful to prospects.
Existing Business
1. Collaboratively work with our Client Success and Strategy teams, in order to spot growth opportunities across our client portfolio to promote cross-selling into social and influencer.
2. Is able to produce and deliver training materials to communicate the value of social and influencer campaigns to Impression’s wider business.
Delivery
1. Works collaboratively with Impression’s Organic Director to develop and deploy service improvement processes across social and influencer. This includes ideation, outreach, production, and reporting, ensuring these are industry-leading and maximised for campaign success.
Team
1. Works collaboratively with Impression’s Organic Director to support shaping the future of the team, including reviewing workforce planning requirements, managing recruitment when commercial needs arise, and supporting team development through training, appraisals, regular feedback via 1-2-1s etc.
2. Is able to manage and grow a team beneath you, inspiring others to achieve their own success.
Who are you?
1. You have an extensive track record of building social and influencer strategies across a range of client verticals.
2. You are highly creative in ideating ambitious campaign concepts, and have experience running and contributing to ideation workshops.
3. You have experience in using influencer marketing platforms, using these to research, outreach and negotiate contracts with relevant nano, micro, macro and mega content creators.
4. You have experience in using third-party tools tailored to social listening, using these to show the influence of your campaign work.
5. You are an organised individual, ensuring campaign roadmaps are realistic and achievable.
6. You have a keen interest in the social media landscape and how the algorithms work across popular social networks, using this knowledge and experience to inform your own thought leadership.
7. You have a working understanding of complementary services to Organic Social, including Paid Social, PR, Programmatic and Creative and are able to use these for the benefit of increased campaign amplification.
8. You are an engaging, confident communicator, with experience presenting strategies, updates and results to key client stakeholders.
9. You’re fluent in all things spreadsheets and data, mining first- and third-party data to spot audience and popular trends, informing your research, ideating and reporting.
10. You enjoy working with others as a part of a team, and want to continue working in a collaborative environment to meet shared goals.
11. You have experience in managing and growing a team beneath you, inspiring others to achieve their own success.
12. You have experience in working with and achieving performance-focused KPIs.

Please note, this role is a hybrid role, in line with our flexible working policy. We look to hire candidates who are no more than a 90 minute journey away from our office locations to ensure your personal time is protected and that you're able to travel into the office when necessary.
SALARY: £48,900
