Role Summary
We're looking for a Marketing Technology Lead to join our team in Nottingham on a hybrid working basis.
As a Marketing Technology Lead you will oversee UK platforms used by the digital team, ensuring these are secured and maintained following all internal Experian requirements, and that documentation is up to date and accurate. You will work with a variety of systems and requirements ensuring work is delivered at pace while following business structures and working practices. You will hold and build important relationships with technical functions across Experian to ensure credibility with technical peers, and oversee the relationship with main digital suppliers, including annual risk assessments and onboarding of new suppliers.
We're looking for someone who will take pride in delivering to a plan and keeping our systems working well, whilst handling the inevitable urgent asks and needs motivated by external factors.
Main Responsibilities
1. Oversee UK platforms used by the digital team
2. Manage all change management and onboarding activities relating to all our platforms to ensure acceptable accessibility and reliability.
3. Manage our cookie and data management activities to ensure we're following all required standards, including with our third-party suppliers.
4. Combine all asks from partners to create a prioritised development roadmap.
5. Line management of Product Owner and Developers
Qualifications
6. Technical knowledge of digital gained from development, product or digital environments.
7. Technical application management in a large corporate environment.
8. Experience managing cloud-based server technology, e.g. AWS. Adobe Suite of products, including AEM, would be beneficial
9. Ticket creation, refinement and briefing
10. Agile and Lean methodologies, including sprint planning and management
