We are looking for a Service Manager with a passion for supporting individuals with learning disabilities to take on an exciting leadership role in our new bespoke supported living service in the Lancing area. This service will provide life-changing, person-centred support to a vibrant individual with complex needs.

Competitive Salary – From £40,000 per year (depending on experience), reviewed annually

Who We Are Looking For:
1. Experienced Service Manager – OR a Deputy Manager ready to take the next step
2. Background in Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs – Experience in a similar setting essential
3. A Strong Leader – Able to inspire and manage a dedicated team
4. Creative & Resilient – Someone who can problem-solve and think outside the box
5. Organised & Person-Centred – Ensuring the best outcomes for the individual we support
6. Driving Licence Preferred – Some staff will need to drive for this role
About the Role:
As Service Manager, you will lead a dedicated team to support one inspiring individual who loves outdoor adventures, music, water play, and trampolining. Your leadership will create a structured, engaging, and person-centred environment where they can thrive.
Working hours are 40 per week, Monday–Friday, with on-call duties. We know flexibility is important, so we're open to discussing alternative work patterns to support work-life balance.
