What You’ll Do
Nurture the client relationship: You’ll be forging a strong relationship to become the trusted partner to your client, fully grasping client goals and ensuring that our work not only aligns to but amplifies their social objectives.
️ Manage client requirements: Nailing your client requests and taking briefs in a timely manner while collaborating across markets with multiple stakeholders, making sure every request is responded to accurately.
️ Be proactive in client development: Be motivated and energized in teaming up with the Client Partner to seize those new opportunities.
Demonstrate being socially savvy: Understand and aim to be the master of the social platforms available to reach your client’s audience and be able to offer insights and knowledge to dazzle.
Be organised and autonomous: Effortlessly deliver projects, ensuring precise and clear communication on feedback, changes and deliverables in a timely manner
Show financial acumen: Collaborate with the Client Partner to craft and deliver proposals and have a basic understanding of financial reporting
Requirements
1. Demonstrable experience in account management, preferably with a focus on social media marketing
2. Experience working for multi-market clients
3. Up-to-date and current knowledge of social networks and social media trends
4. Solid experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office apps
