Let us introduce the role Due to the growing demand for Learning from Experience support across our organisation, we are seeking an additional LfE Specialist to help embed learning practices and drive continuous improvement. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of a standardised framework for systematic organisational learning and provide assurance that the principles and methodologies are consistently applied across the organisation. Who are we looking for? The right person will: Provide specialist expertise, training and mentoring in the application of effective Learning from Experience tools and techniques to build capability Identify and develop opportunities for Learning from Experience to be embedded across the organisation and incorporated into existing and new company processes. Support champions and teams in the implementation of double loop / closed loop LFE activities including facilitation when required. Support the assurance of LFE within AWE, monitoring effectiveness and recommending improvements Support the development and deployment of the LFE strategy, tools, tracking and reporting outcomes Coach and influence others at all levels Build and support effective stakeholder engagement to encourage adoption Support development of LFE related communications, change management activities to enable the business to deliver a self-sustaining learning organisation environment Work with other teams to ensure benefit from LFE is maximised Stay informed on industry best practices and evolving LfE methodologies Maintain and promote high personal standards in Safety, Health, Environment and Quality and be a great team player. Undertaking assurance activities; supporting the team to track performance metrics to measure effectiveness. Undertaking day to day activities relating to a LFE process. Analysing trends to provide insights and evidence-based recommendations Using analytics to measure the effectiveness and tracking progress over time, ensuring improvements are sustainable. Delivering mentoring/training and coaching to teams Supporting the delivery of a strategy development plan. Facilitating and continuous improvement methodologies e.g Prosci, Lean. Engaging stakeholders and influencing cultural change Capturing and applying lessons in a structured way Working in highly regulated /complex environments You’ll need to have the ability to work calmly and constructively in a priority changing environment and be able to manage your own workload.
