People Services Administrator The Role – People Services Administrator Reporting to the Head of HR & Recruitment, this position will work closely with the People Services function leads (Core HR, L&D, Reward and Remuneration and Employee Experience and Comms), providing quality administration support within a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial to ensure our processes are efficient, user friendly and adhered to, both internally and externally, whilst ensuring that employee and candidate experience is outstanding. The successful candidate will have a varied role and therefore it is important they are a good multitasker. It is possible that the successful candidate will be asked to assist with raising POs, facilitating the release of internal communication (particularly for reward and remuneration and L&D), as well as creating letters for all employees, such as probation outcomes, line manager changes, and variation letters. You will lead the Company’s buddy process, ensuring there are enough trained buddy’s across the Company, and that all new starters have the correct right to work in place. What you will be doing? Be responsible for all HR, and L&D administration tasks Provide administration support to the wider People Services functions, including; Reward & Remuneration Acting as the point of contact for candidates, future starters and new starters Enhance and manage the onboarding module within our HRIS system. Responding to general HR queries and escalating matters to the HR Partner Manage all new starter administration and support the HR advisor to continuously enhance the onboarding experience. Manage bookings for employee training and collate relevant documentation. Responsible for the employee security check process (DBS, credit check etc, where required) Assisting with the maintenance of relevant systems Provide notetaking support in formal HR meetings The above list is not exclusive or exhaustive and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks as may reasonably be expected within the scope of the post.
