What you'll be doing as a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Luton
* Managing a team of property managers.
* Monitoring and assessing individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
* Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
* Property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
* Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
* Deposit returns
* Resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Management Manager at haart Estate Agents in Luton
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Property Manager within residential lettings
