Main duties of the job An exciting Charge Nurse position has presented itself for a within the emergency department. The successful post holder will be expected to deputise the Senior Charge Nurse and act as a role model for junior team members in the delivery of high standard and nursing care. As a Charge Nurse you will provide clinical leadership skills by supporting, energising and be able to empower others in the pursuit of a shared vision to ensure the effective management of the ward.
