The Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator will need relevant experience including administration and lettings, estate agent or property firm experience.
The Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator will need a driving licence and car, the role will involve a small amount of travel around the Bristol area for which mileage will be paid.
The Branch Administrator / Lettings Coordinator salary is £24-26k + discretionary business performance annual bonus (of 2 months salary)
