The Quality & Assurance team is responsible for the Heathrow Solutions’ approach to Quality management, with a specific focus on driving quality implementation throughout the programme and project gateway processes, with scope across Heathrow as well as Heathrow’s supply chain.
The Quality Manager is a pivotal role in continuing the transformation of the Heathrow Solutions’ approach to quality management.
The Quality Manager will assist the Head of Quality & Assurance with the implementation of quality management principles, policies and requirements across the portfolio so that Heathrow gets right first-time performance, which supports the delivery and demonstration of capital efficiency in Heathrow’s Capital Investment Portfolio.
This role requires strong leadership and high energy to inspire and work with the Programme & Projects team.
This role will also advise and influence a broad spectrum of colleagues across Heathrow, particularly Directors, Programme and Project Managers, and Quality Leads within the supply chain.
