Role Overview
As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst (Amazon), you will be a key member of the Activation team, responsible for managing client campaigns across Amazon’s digital platforms. Reporting to a Campaign Manager or Senior Campaign Manager, you will handle day-to-day campaign operations, optimization, and client communication. Additionally, you will support junior team members’ training and development and step in for the Campaign Manager when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize campaigns across Amazon channels to drive performance improvements.
* Develop media plans that reflect deep understanding of client accounts, proposing new tests and opportunities.
* Execute and quality-assure campaigns within digital buying platforms, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
* Continuously optimize campaigns against forecasts and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
* Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring campaigns meet client expectations and sharing performance insights.
* Create end-of-campaign reports highlighting performance insights and lessons learned.
* Support with basic trafficking tasks as needed.
* Build strong relationships with Amazon partners to enhance service delivery for clients.
* Coach and train Digital Marketing Analysts to help them grow within the team.
Desired Experience & Skills
* 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms, ideally across two or more channels (programmatic display, video, paid search, or paid social).
* Experience with Amazon Search/DSP or paid search preferred, with the ability to quickly get up to speed on Amazon platforms.
* Passion for digital media, advertising, and technology.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
* Experience in account management and client-facing roles.
* Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
* Enjoy working as part of a team.
