Line of Service Advisory Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism Corporate Finance Management Level Senior Manager Job Description & Summary About the role We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Consultant with a background in facilities management to join our team. The role is primarily to work with Corporate clients in the UK in addition to supporting other PwC Member firms globally including in the Middle East. We are seeing a high volume of activity in facilities management and are keen to grow our capability in this area. As a Senior Manager you’ll be working on the execution of advisory projects and business development. You’ll play a key role in the day-to-day management of projects including being responsible for delivery of key deliverables and client communications. Many of our Senior Manager go on to become Directors in our firm in the UK. What your days will look like: You will have the opportunity to gain experience working at a senior level for leading companies on major projects, and make a real contribution to society through our work for the government and the wider public sector. You will also learn and develop your skills from on the job training, classroom, online and blended training as part of structured skills curriculum. Specifically you will be responsible for : Provision of strategic advice on FM strategies,delivery models and the FM market Advising on large FM procurements including the procurement process, pricing models, specifications, tender evaluation. Advising on operating models, FM processes and systems and technology. Business development and sales activities including proposal writing, developing resource profiles, attending client pitches and meetings. This role is for you if: You’re a confident and ambitious FM Consultant with a strong track record and a desire to work in a high-paced and rewarding environment. Experience of providing advice on FM as a consultant, a service provider or an inhouse FM role. Technical knowledge of facilities management in particular maintenance/engineering, soft FM, delivery models, commercials and the FM market. Experience of large FM contracts, FM procurement and/or experience of working in the Middle East Strong financial and analytical skills, good commercial acumen and an understanding of business and finance. Experience of business development, sales, presentations and pitches. Ability to write clearly and concisely to communicate complex information in both documents and presentations.
