Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be a key part in supporting the existing team clear a backlog of work. The role is a hybrid position (3 in 2 at home). Description As the Purchase Ledger Clerk, you will be responsible for: Matching, coding and processing invoices Supplier statement reconciliations Dealing with supplier queries Preparing the payment run Reconciling purchase ledger balances to the general ledger Handling adhoc payment requests & seeking authorisation Investigating invoice discrepancies Profile The ideal candidate for the Purchase Ledger Clerk position, will have done most if not all of the above.
