Senior CRM Executive
The Role
My client is an exciting and disruptive B2B marketing agency based in Oxfordshire that already has an impressive list of major corporate clients. They are seeking a Senior CRM Executive to focus on the technical setup, configuration, and maintenance of CRM campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* CRM Platform Management - Act as the technical expert for the CRM platform, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless integration with marketing and data systems
* Campaign Support & Optimisation - Develop and optimise email templates, landing pages, content blocks, and other reusable components to streamline campaign creation and ensure brand consistency
* C ross-Functional Collaboration - Translate team and business needs into technical solutions and collaborate with other departments
* Technical Support & Troubleshooting - Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve CRM-related technical issues
* Data Analysis & Insights - Analyse performance metrics to deliver insights and actionable recommendations
Desired Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience within a CRM technical role
* In-depth knowledge of marketing automation platforms
* Skilled in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email and web template development
* Experience in SDKs, APIs, web services, and data integration methods.
The Package
* Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000
* 25 days annual leave, rising to 30 (+1 for each year of service)
* Pension – 5% employer contribution
