CIBSE Certification Limited, the NABERS UK Administrator, offers the following certification services; Personnel; Management Systems, Buildings Ratings, and Embodied Carbon Verification.
It is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and operates the only UKAS Accredited EPC and DEC Energy Assessor schemes.
All profits generated are used to expand its services in response to Industry demands or gift aided to support CIBSE's charitable mission. It is the built environment certification body for all committed to achieving better performing buildings, decarbonisation, energy conservation, safety, health and wellbeing.
The charitable activities of CIBSE are promoted and organisations are supported in meeting their regulatory obligations, business objectives and operational improvements.
About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support the growth and visibility of CIBSE Certification services. This role will focus on promoting key B2B services, including NABERS UK, Embodied Carbon Verification and Management System Certification. The successful candidate will lead digital campaigns and ensure a strong CIBSE Certification presence at industry events, supporting the acquisition and retention of our certified professionals and new customers for its B2B services. This role is ideal for a dynamic marketer with a passion for driving impactful, mission-aligned campaigns in a technical sector.
What you will do
* Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns for CIBSE Certification services, focusing on NABERS UK, Embodied Carbon Verification, and Management System Certification.
* Coordinate digital marketing initiatives, including email campaigns, social media posts, and content marketing, to drive awareness and engagement.
* Work closely with the sales team to oversee lead generation and pipeline nurture.
* Plan and manage the representation of CIBSE Certification at key industry events, coordinating event logistics, booth setups, promotional materials, and follow-up activities.
* Work closely with the Head of Marketing and CIBSE Certification team to ensure campaigns align with CIBSE Certification's overall business strategy and objectives.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance metrics to identify trends, optimise strategies, and demonstrate ROI.
* Collaborate with internal teams to produce marketing collateral and digital content that effectively communicates the value and benefits of CIBSE Certification.
* Oversee CRM and lead nurturing processes for effective client acquisition and retention, ensuring consistent engagement with current and prospective clients.
* Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices to identify new growth opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.

What you will need to be successful
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably within a technical, engineering, or B2B environment.
* Demonstrated experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* A solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and analytics.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems (Salesforce preferable) and marketing software (Pardot preferable).
* A proactive and collaborative attitude, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
* Familiarity with the built environment or certification standards is a plus.
