Responsibilities:
1. Fulfil and ship orders via Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and direct sales platforms.
2. Monitor and update our online store, ensuring accurate product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to customer queries and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Grow our product catalogue by sourcing new products and securing new suppliers.
5. Attend Ultimate Pool Events as needed to showcase our products and provide on-site customer support.
6. Take a proactive approach to customer service, anticipating customer needs and providing personalised assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement offers, promotions, and campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
8. Perform general office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining inventory records.
9. Monitor the subscriber mailbox and promptly respond to enquiries and subscription-related matters.
10. Communicate with wholesale customers to address their needs, process orders, and maintain strong relationships.
11. Conduct regular stock-taking to ensure accurate inventory levels and coordinate restocking efforts with suppliers.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in e-commerce fulfilment and customer service roles is highly desirable.
2. Proficiency in using Shopify, Amazon, eBay, and other online sales platforms.
3. Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
4. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and inventory management.
5. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and helpful demeanour.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to changing priorities.
7. Basic knowledge of marketing principles and ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
8. Flexibility to attend occasional off-site events and work evenings or weekends as required.
9. Need to be over the age of 25 years old for insurance purposes.
10. Must have a driving license.
