Your new roleBeing part of a fast-paced matrix organisation, you'll be a key member of the senior leadership team and the wider international HR team. You'll play an important role in leading the people strategy for their UK manufacturing business, supporting around 250 colleagues in Norfolk.This is very much an operational and strategic role, managing organisational and development changes effectively, driving employee engagement, and providing leadership/direction to the HR team. You'll also oversee payroll and training.The HR Manager will look for insights and new ways of working and make recommendations accordingly, working closely with the work councils. As well as champion a working partnership with local business forums to have a stronger business presence in the local community.
What you'll need to succeedApplicants will be experienced HR (People) leaders with a manufacturing background or similar sector experience. You'll have sound knowledge of UK employment legislation, strong influencing skills and can quickly establish and maintain positive relationships with people at all levels.
