Key Responsibilities

5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and follow up proactively
About You
1. Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a B2B environment
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
3. Ownership-driven and accountable for resolving customer issues
4. Proactive, solutions-oriented, and always thinking ahead
5. Sharp problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
6. Team player with the ability to work independently and stay motivated
7. Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools is a plus
