The role: We have a fantastic opportunity for a Major Project Coordinator to join our JP Accommodation Team. In this role, you will work closely with our customers and clients to coordinate orders and enquiries for our modular buildings and multi-cabin site establishments, ensuring smooth project delivery and excellent service. Your main responsibilities include: Creating CAD/Sketchup drawings for modular buildings and multi-cabin setups. Preparing quotations for projects. Completing method statements to ensure compliance and safety. Coordinating delivery and installation with the Workshop and Transport Departments. Providing general administration support for accommodation hire and sales processes Are you the right person for this role? The ideal candidate will possess the following: Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and clients. CAD/Sketchup Knowledge (Beneficial but Not Essential): Experience with CAD/Sketchup is a plus, but specific software training will be provided. Proficient IT Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Attention to Detail: A methodical approach to validation and documentation, ensuring accuracy in all tasks. Motivated to Contribute: A strong desire to help drive company growth and improve client satisfaction. Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, such as creating drawings, preparing quotes, and managing schedules.
