The company are offering an excellent starting salary of Circa £45k-£75k and upwards with a great bonus structure which increases drastically when set targets are reached.
I am looking for previous Business Banking Managers, Relationship Managers/Directors, Commercial Finance Brokers who have determination, a hunter mentality and are ready to take the next serious step in their career. You will be offered an 18 month training and support package upon starting, annual trips abroad, hybrid working and an outstanding OTE.
Here are some of the responsibilities of the role:
· Attend and host networking events on a regular basis to drive the business brand and introduction levels.
· To achieve monthly net income goal by managing pipeline on a daily basis and driving deals to completion.
· To provide world-class customer service to both client and introducer, keeping all informed on a weekly basis of progress of deals.
· Work closely with a dedicated assistant Commercial Manager to form a close-knit team to ensure clients need are met and outstanding customer service delivered.
· To carry out regular communication with brokers & client bank via Linked In, Twitter, Facebook etc and build a strong social media presence to compliment that of the companies.
· To develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of commercial finance.
· Meet clients face to face to understand their business and fully understand their funding requirements.
· Underwrite cases before submitting to lenders to ensure the correct funding is applied for and the correct lenders approached.
· Work with clients from initial meeting to drawdown of funds ensuring that the process is a seamless one and that the client receives world class customer service at all time
· Work with existing clients to ensure the clients ongoing funding requirements are met and achieved.
