We’re looking for a Marketing Executive with a strong focus on SEO to join our team at webdna. In this role, you’ll play a key part in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve search visibility, traffic, and conversions for our clients. Working closely with our wider marketing team, you’ll help deliver integrated campaigns that drive results.
As we continue to grow our SEO team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues to develop strategies and take a hands-on approach to implementing them. There will also be opportunities to expand your skills across digital marketing, as you contribute to our clients' broader marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings, organic traffic, and conversions.
* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to identify growth opportunities.
* Optimise website content, metadata, and technical elements for search engines.
* Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms, providing insights and recommendations.
* Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation and website updates.
* Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices.
* Support other digital marketing activities, such as paid search, social media, and email marketing, as needed.
What We’re Looking For
* A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for achieving measurable results.
* Proven experience in an SEO-focused role, preferably within an agency environment.
* Expertise in technical SEO and content optimisation.
* Familiarity with industry-standard tools (e.g., SE Ranking, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) and CMS platforms.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Location
This is a hybrid role based at our Nottingham Head Office with the opportunity to take advantage of our flexible working policy.
