Deburr Technician - Aerospace IndustryJob Description:
We are seeking a skilled Deburr Technician to join our aerospace machine shop. In this role, you will be responsible for drilling and deburring aerospace components using a variety of manual techniques. You will be expected to work efficiently within cost constraints and contribute cost-saving ideas where possible. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in line with 5S Principles is essential.
Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM / 7:30 AM - 3:45 PM / 4:15 PM
* Friday: 7:00 AM / 7:30 AM - 11:00 AM / 11:30 AM
Pay Rates (PAYE Only):
First 12 Weeks:
* Basic: £16.19 per hour
* Overtime: £24.28 per hour
* Sundays: £32.37 per hour
After 12 Weeks:
* Basic: £16.68 per hour
* Overtime: £25.01 per hour
* Sundays: £33.35 per hour
