Develop an ongoing strategy and annual business plan in conjunction with the General Manager Events management - organise and manage exciting and engaging social events Support the Sales and Marketing Teams during events and other initiatives Maintain Health and Safety compliance, audits and reports Manage SLA delivery to ensure these are met and exceeded Building Maintenance and Facilities Management liaising with the facilities team Positively contribute to the development, review, and management of company wide policies and procedures Coach, lead and focus your team to deliver a first class experience and serviceWhat we look for in the ideal Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years' management experience in a Retail, Hospitality, Leisure or Events background A passionate can-do attitude A strong and natural from-the-front leader A leader who is analytical, accountable and can work at a fast pace Passionate in delivering five star service and experience Excellent planning and organisational skills Be a self-motivated, energetic and enthusiastic individual The hours for the role are: 5/7 so some weekend work required however predominantly Mon-FriYou may work the occasional Saturday to attend and run events, but you'll be glad to know you can take your day back in lieu.
