Day to Day Duties
* Follow company policies and procedures
* Provide clerical support to the traffic office/traffic team
* Communicate with colleagues, management team and drivers
* Monitor, monitor and comply with Health, Safety and Environmental standards
* Ensure compliance is a key focus
* Provide information relating to tachographs and drivers hours
* Work with other sites to ensure best practices are met
* Ensure customers needs are met
* Work closely with the Transport supervisors
* Update information correctly to computer systems
* Hit KPI's
* Provide a daily report at the end of every shift
Essential Skills
* Computer literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge into transport and working hours
* Team builder with good interpersonal skills
* Good geographical knowledge
* Proactive with an ability to work under pressure and to react and respond to change
* Attention to detail
* Experience working within a transport office
Desirable Experience
* Experience working afternoon shift within a transport office is desirable.
