Role Overview: We are seeking a Support Worker to join our exceptional team based in Coventry. We need someone with the passion and determination to go the extra mile to create a home that everyone truly deserves. This includes creating a space brimming with activity, new experiences, and, most importantly, fun and laughter.
You will be fully supported in your new role with a comprehensive induction programme and ongoing development. This role is both rewarding and challenging, requiring strong commitment to our values and the ability to handle difficult situations with resilience.
Key Responsibilities:

2. Complete key domestic duties on a day-to-day basis that ensures a homely environment is maintained.
3. To promote, safeguard and protect the welfare of each Person we Support.

5. Manage behaviour positively and assertively by working in line with specified care and risk assessment management plans.
6. Encourage the development of individual interests and attitudes by planning, organising and participating in activities.
7. A desire to learn; we provide training and apprenticeships for you to achieve your full potential.
8. Successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check at enhanced level.
9. A good standard of written and verbal English.
