Huntsman have partnered with an ambitious, multi-disciplinary property consultancy to identify a London Project Management lead to help grow and support the existing Project Management function. This firm has a clear 5-year business plan and sub-plan for its Project Management growth. They are currently delivering a variety of projects in the Commercial, Hotel, and Industrial sectors with opportunities also being considered across the Healthcare and Education markets. The project values range from £3-20million and are a mixture of new build developments, cut & carve, CAT A and CAT B Fit Out. They are a very collaborative firm that tries to offer clients multiple service offerings and as a result, they have worked with a wide variety of clients from independent developers, family offices, property companies, institutional and private investors and funds, as well as owner-occupiers. Candidates will be required, on occasion, to travel nationally for projects that fall outside of the M25. To be considered for this role, candidates will need to be able to demonstrate the following experience: Full turnkey Project Management experience (Pre Con & Delivery) Employers Agent experience Ideally be MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB - Chartered or working towards Minimum of 8-10 years experience working for a Built Environment Consultancy or Client Side Experience in the Commercial Office Sector - Ideally both Fit out and New Build (Reconfiguration) Business Development experience - Networking and Work Winning The business prides itself on its culture and high rates of staff retention.
