We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to join our team at a fantastic supported living service in the Sidmouth area. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs and mental health.
About the Role:
* To provide leadership and management to a team of care staff
* To develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
* To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Responsibilities:
* To manage staff rotas and rotas
* To maintain accurate records and reports
* To contribute to the development of care policies and procedures
Requirements:
* Degree in a relevant field (e.g., nursing, social work)
* Experience in managing teams and leading services
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
