Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Bathgate.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start immediately in a supportive and modern office environment. The position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Handling customer queries, orders, and complaints primarily via email, with some telephone contact
* Using SAP and Microsoft Office for data entry and customer information management
* Supporting the wider customer service team during peak periods
* Assisting with export-related queries (knowledge desirable but not essential)
Skills Required:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
* A proactive and professional attitude
Desirable Experience:
* Previous customer service or administrative experience
* SAP experience
* Export knowledge
Training:
Full training will be provided on all systems and procedures.
