We have an exciting ‘hands on’ sales and relationship management role for a National Business Manager who, under the direction and guidance of the Head of Growth, will have the responsibility for the growth of the Pulse Nursing at Home brand with New Funders (mainly Councils, NHS Health Boards & Case Managers) where you will build trust and grow relationships to position ourselves as the go-to and preferred care provider.
Working alongside the Clinical and Operational teams amongst other divisional members to drive new referrals, sales margin and growth of market share, the Business Manager will run the day-to-day growth of new customers.

Every day you will…
* Be responsible and accountable for running the sales strategy, to attract and win new customers (as agreed with the Head of Growth).
* Build and maintain relationships with Councils, Health Boards & Case Managers, which will include attending conferences and networking to achieve maximum revenue from new customers.
* Drive margin growth and business development, submitting proposals and costings to win new business wherever possible whilst being creative and bringing new ideas to the table.
* Project manage new packages from initial contact, through pricing and proposal to up and running, ensuring ‘World Class Service’ and proactive communication throughout with the Funder.
* Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders, representing the business to the highest standard to relevant outside bodies, institutions, and individuals.

To thrive in this role, you must ideally have...
* Demonstrable sales experience with a proven track record in achieving targets and driving growth.
* Previous account/relationship management experience whereby you built and maintained good working relationships both internally and externally.
* Ability to hold people to account, stay organized and meet deadlines when doing project management aspects of the role.
* A target-driven mindset with the ability/confidence in presenting to customers and pitching proposals and negotiation.
* Experience in Healthcare/Private Market Sector.
