An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Management Accountant to join a logistics company based in Hounslow. This role is offering excellent progression and hybrid working options.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide essential Financial control and planning for the business unit.
2. Maintaining the financial oversight for the business units
3. Complete month end process for multiple locations in finance systems according to reporting deadlines.
4. Preparation of weekly flash, quarterly forecasts and annual budgets
5. Provide analysis of opportunities and risks for sites.
6. Ensure compliance with company internal control procedures.
7. Proactively engage with site manager from different sites and divisional management to enhance understanding of their respective financials and assisting in optimising financial performance.
8. Weekly business review calls with management and sites ensuring key financial areas are monitored and variances challenged.
9. Monthly preparation of customer reporting.
10. Generate and present a range of financial and ad hoc reports for use by both internal and external customers.
11. Assist with pricing proposals for new customers and preparation of capex papers.
12. Ad hoc financial analysis.
13. Assisting in financial analysis for new projects.
Requirements:
14. Part or Fully qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
15. Previous experience in Logistics or Energy sectors.
16. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
