Duties Managing a portfolio of clients, maintaining and building relationships whilst driving forward an excellent service. Handling new and existing enquiries on behalf of the Senior Executives Completing all administration duties including adjustments and renewals Maintain and update all files with all telephone and email communications and exchanges Qualifications Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable. Strong customer service background with the ability to handle inquiries professionally. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
