This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday. This is intended to be a hybrid working role, with typically three office days and two remote working days per week. Responsibilities: Providing outstanding customer service through phone and email. Taking telephone orders and payments. Processing returns and refunds. Supporting the sleep test team with their processes. Some general data entry / admin tasks as needed. Essential skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to problem solve and take ownership. Self-motivated team player. Attention to detail. Can-do, positive attitude. Minimum two years of customer service experience (office or retail).
