To assist with the planning, development, delivery and assessment of specialised resuscitation skills education programmes and assessments within simulation for learners and Trust employees. To set up and maintain equipment for teaching sessions as required. To assist with the planning, organisation, and scheduling of accredited resuscitation courses for relevant clinical staff and learners on placement within the Trust. To maintain a professional attitude at all times, developing the role of theResuscitation Skills Facilitator in the best interests of the patient and profession in accordance with their relevant professional body e.g. Nursing and Midwifery Council(NMC)/ Health and Care Professions Council Code of Conduct.
