About the Role:
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to provide top-notch support to our Brokers and Solicitors across telephony and webchat. Your primary goal will be to enable them to achieve their ambitions and meet their clients' mortgage needs while contributing to the Life Moments commercial objectives.
Responsibilities:
* Provide customer service through various communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.
* Resolve complex customer needs and requests with a unique, personalized approach.
* Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate customer care processes.
* Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in customer care processes.
* Develop and implement customer care procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient operations.
* Resolve specific customer inquiries and issues related to the bank's products and services.
Requirements:
* Able to multitask multiple online chat sessions.
* Take ownership of complaints and complex issues.

Work Environment:
Working hours will be between Monday-Sunday 7am-11pm.
Salary:
The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum.
