Senior Service Advisor
Location: Gloucestershire
Salary: 32k basic + bonus + benefits
YOLO Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Service Team Manager / Senior Service Advisor / Senior Aftersales Advisor to join our client’s dealership in the Gloucester area. As a Service Team Manager / Senior Service Advisor, you are the critical link between customer and workshop, making the management of this relationship key to this highly important role.
Responsibilities:
1. Dealing with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Maximize utilisation of the department.
3. Utilise workshop loading.
4. Regularly and proactively keep customers up to date with progress on their vehicle.
5. Booking in vehicles, ensuring appointments are convenient for the customer and department, in line with the workshop capacity.
6. Identify customer requirements and supply accurate fully inclusive costing where possible.
7. Produce accurate job cards, invoices, estimates, and related information.
8. Provide customers with full explanations of work carried out, maximizing additional selling opportunities.
9. Produce warranty job cards in line with manufacturers' policy and procedures.
10. Accurately record all work requirements and identify retail, warranty, internal, and non-chargeable repairs.
11. Liaise with the Parts Department to ensure availability of parts.
Hours: Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00 – 6.00. Saturday on a rota.
