What are the pay and benefits? The salary for this role is £24,471 for a 37 hour full time, temporary position until end of March 2025 Flexible working policies – this is a hybrid role, so flexibility is required with time being spent in our Cwmbran and Swansea offices The successful candidate will need a basic DBS check in place, which we pay for. 26 days holiday entitlement plus Bank holidays, rising to 30 days with length of service. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Empty Homes Team, keeping everything running smoothly. This role involves a variety of administrative tasks that will keep you engaged, from managing data to liaising with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll be the go to person for ensuring our empty homes are well organised and ready for new tenants. You will have the chance to build strong working relationships within Pobl and with our partners, contributing to our 'one team' ethos. Where Does This Role Fit In? As part of the Empty Homes Team, you’ll support the management of vacant properties across Pobl Homes and Communities. Your role is key in ensuring properties are ready for occupancy, managing the administrative tasks related to voids, and maintaining excellent communication with customers, contractors, and colleagues. You’ll also contribute to maintaining our standards in line with Pobl’s values: Positive, Connected, and Considerate. What skills and experience do you need? To succeed in this role, you need strong administrative skills, with experience supporting busy environments and managing both internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in IT systems, including Microsoft Office, is essential, along with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay organised under pressure.
