Product Performance Manager - Connectivity

This role could suit someone from a Data Insight or Data Visualisation background. As a Product Performance Manager, you will drive the Connectivity Product Performance roadmap to generate meaningful and customer-centric insights on the performance of our Connectivity Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimally distributing these insights across the business and motivating change.
You will be responsible for VMO2's Connectivity Product obligations to Ofcom and ASA, coordinating and managing our submissions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including the wider Customer Product team, Liberty Global, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, Care, Operations, Networks, and Cisco ThousandEyes.

The Must Haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience:
* Experience: Proven track record in handling large datasets and generating meaningful insights for collaborators at all levels. Experience in telecoms with a good understanding of Broadband services; a strong background in Docsis and XGS-PON networks is advantageous.
* Technical Expertise: Advanced skill in analytical tools, databases, and experience processing large datasets. This includes the use of appropriate data visualization analysis tools e.g. SQL, Google Big Query, Tableau.
* Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Strong presentation and negotiation skills, with experience presenting complex data to senior collaborators.
* Innovation and Adaptability: Have the gravitas and self-motivation to work autonomously and an entrepreneurial drive for results. Track record of driving innovation and adapting to changing market conditions. Ability to anticipate and respond to emerging trends and customer needs.
