OTE £90-100k
* Flexible location as this is a field based role - Midlands preferred but flexible
* Salary in range £60k-70k
* Uncapped bonuses to £25k at target level and £35k at stretch target

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
* Generate new business through a structured blend of sophisticated direct approach, visits, networking and referrals.
* Focused on opportunities at companies with hundreds and thousands of employee.
* Utilise a range of data sources including internal databases and CRM system.
* Follow structured sales processes to close business.
* Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
PERSON PROFILE - ESSENTIAL ASPECTS
* A proven new business hunter with a passion for forging new relationships.
* A proven record of generating and closing opportunities with corporate clients with several thousand employees.
* A self-starter, comfortable working remotely and managing their diary effectively.
* Demonstrable ability to plan effectively and ensure time is managed efficiently.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and have a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
* Excellent negotiator who can balance the requirements of company and clients.
* Confident and articulate communicator.
