Production Scheduler

As a Production Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in managing the Work Order Process (WOP) using Sage and Excel, ensuring that production flows smoothly by sourcing materials, maintaining stock levels, and collaborating across departments. You will act as a bridge between Sales, Warehouse, and Production, ensuring accurate communication and data flow to meet production targets and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage & Forecast Stock Levels: Monitor and maintain stock levels to ensure smooth production flow.
* WOP System Management: Oversee the Work Order Process (WOP) using Sage to raise work orders, track stock levels, and ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.
* Sourcing Materials: Source materials from suppliers and negotiate cost-effective prices, with a particular focus on materials such as acrylics.
* Cost and Trend Analysis: Analyse production costs and trends to ensure optimal material procurement and production efficiency.
