As the Head of Marketing, you will: Identify market trends, opportunities, and competitive insights to inform marketing tactics. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with vendor marketing teams to ensure alignment and effective collaboration. Negotiate and manage marketing development funds (MDF) to optimise return on investment. Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, events, social media, email, etc.). Liaise with agencies and suppliers to execute the campaigns. Oversee the creation of compelling content, collateral, and sales tools to support channel partners and sales teams. Manage third-party agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing materials and services. Support the sales and marketing team on all Ignition events such as trade shows, partner events, and networking events. Build a consistent PR and internal communications framework and messaging. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of marketing programs. Monitor expenditures and ensure all marketing activities are within budget Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. The ideal Head of Marketing will: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns. Experience of planning and delivering creative, demand generation campaigns. Confident and engaging personality to build relationships with Ignition’s sales and marketing teams and channel partners. Ighly Great organisation skills and the ability to run a number of projects at one time. Strong vendor management skills and experience working with IT vendors.
