About This Role
As Faculty Lead for Technology, you will drive an ambitious and engaging curriculum that develops learners’ skills in Design and Technology, Computer Science and IT, Art and Food Technology. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring learners receive a high-quality education that prepares them for both academic and vocational success.
You’ll oversee GCSE and A-Level courses, providing learners with hands-on experiences in problem-solving, artistic research and practice, CAD/CAM, manufacturing processes, and sustainability in design. Our curriculum model ensures that every learner is challenged and supported to reach their full potential.

About the Faculty
Technology is at the heart of our curriculum, with schemes of work designed to nurture creativity, technical ability, and problem-solving skills. Learners follow an engaging programme that blends traditional craftsmanship with modern technological advancements.
* KS3 learners gain a strong foundation in art, design, materials, electronics, and food preparation.
* GCSE learners can specialise in Art, Design & Technology, Engineering, or Food Preparation & Nutrition, following AQA and Eduqas specifications.
* A-Level students develop advanced skills in Product Design, preparing them for careers in design, engineering, and beyond.
