Salary Range: $230,000 to $280,000 + benefits

Job Overview
The role of the Medical Director involves dual responsibilities, offering leadership to the clinical staff while actively maintaining a clinical practice for 16 hours weekly. Primary duties encompass the recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of both primary care providers and specialists. The position focuses on process improvement related to clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management, and patient scheduling. Additional responsibilities include contributing to the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement and compliance initiatives, as well as involvement in budgeting and strategic planning. This presents a remarkable opportunity to provide administrative oversight and direction for the health center's clinical, operational, and educational functions. The Medical Director will play a key role in practice transformation, driving the continued implementation of a medical home model, and contributing to innovative changes in our healthcare delivery approach.
