Position: HR AnalystLocation: WarringtonType: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 Per annum + package & benefitsKey Responsibilities:Utilise iTrent experience to deliver accurate HR reporting and analytics on daily, weekly, monthly, and annual bases.Partner with HR and IT teams to enhance HR system data accuracy and reporting capabilities.Collaborate with HR Business Partners to analyse data trends and provide expert insights.Manage and deliver the monthly reporting schedule, prioritising work to meet deadlines.Analyse large data sets to identify trends, variances, and recommend efficiency improvements.Adhere to internal processes while striving for continuous improvement.Respond flexibly to requests for management information (MI) support.Handle organisational structure changes within the HR system.Prepare and deliver documentation and reports for various audiences.Qualifications:Essential:Proven experience with iTrent.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulae, data analysis.Highly Desirable:Experience with HR systems, particularly SAP Success Factors.Understanding of systems for Recruitment, Benefits, Performance Management, and Learning & Development.Skills:High level of accuracy with the ability to meet deadlines.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider HR team.Strong communication skills for managing relationships at all levels.
