Due to expansion we are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and coscientious administrator on a full time basis at our Head Office in South Wimbledon. Our new Administrator must be a team player with excellent communication and organistional skills with a knowledge of Microsoft and Excel. An understanding of Sage systems would also be benefical (In-House training available) for the succesful candidate. This is a key role within our Business and the succesful applicant will be working within a vibrant friendly team that work alongside Directors, Senior Managers, Project Managers and all departments within our Business. Requirements Monitoring and maintaining our Company Training Matrix Booking LU Access (Railsys, Work Access Requests) Managing our Helpdesk and allocating work tickets for our Engineers Raising Purchase Orders Processing Supplier Invoices Chasing missing supplier Invoices Reconciling Statements Adding new projects to Sage Collating and proessing timesheets General Admin Duties (Filing, Printing Reports, Answering Phones, Arranging Parking On Site For Engineers) If you feel you have the necessary skills and determination to join our rapidly expanding company to assist us as we continue to grow in 2025 please do not hesitate in applying for this key role in our Business
