What you will do:
1. Provide specialist assessment and treatment for patients across the medical wards. Ensure appropriate pathways of care and communication by liaising and referring to other agencies when needed.
2. Collaborate with professional leads to plan, coordinate, deliver, and evaluate the Occupational Therapy service on a daily basis.
